Free Shipping

Fore Golf is pleased to offer free express shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. This offer is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders and is available for all Australian addresses.

Standard Shipping Rates

For orders under $100 AUD, a flat rate of $15 AUD applies for standard shipping. Our standard shipping option ensures delivery within 2-8 business days to any location within Australia.

Express Shipping

Need your golf and casual attire faster? Opt for our express shipping option at a flat rate of $15 AUD, ensuring delivery within 1-3 business days nationally. This option is available for all orders, regardless of value.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our facility at 26 Havering St, Aspley, Queensland 4034, Australia. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns Policy for Fore Golf

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at letsplay@foregolf.au. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary documentation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email our customer service team at letsplay@foregolf.au.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
